other personal data contained in your correspondence.
Please do not provide special categories of personal data (sensitive personal data) in the message field unless this is necessary for your enquiry.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Your personal data may be processed in order to:

Where necessary, personal data may also be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests), including for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims and the protection of my legitimate business interests.

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, certain information, such as your contact details, may be necessary for me to respond to your enquiry or take steps prior to entering into a contract.
5. Recipients and Data Processors
This website is created and hosted using Framer, provided by Framer B.V., the Netherlands.
Where Framer processes personal data on my behalf in connection with the provision of its services, Framer acts as a data processor and I act as the data controller.
Personal data may also be processed by service providers used for email communication and other technical services where this is necessary for the operation of the website or communication with you.
Such service providers process personal data only to the extent necessary for the relevant services and subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Framer's current DPA expressly provides for this controller–processor relationship and requires Framer to process personal data on documented instructions from its customer.
6. International Transfers
Some service providers or their sub-processors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred to a third country, such transfers will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Chapter V GDPR, including, where applicable, on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Framer's current DPA likewise provides for Chapter V safeguards for relevant transfers outside the EEA.
7. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Personal data relating to enquiries that do not result in a project will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and manage any relevant follow-up communication.
Where an enquiry results in a contractual relationship, or where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, relevant personal data and correspondence may be retained for the period necessary for those purposes.
Personal data will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, unless further retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions and limitations provided by applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
request erasure of your personal data;
